Please read and fully understand all of the following terms and conditions before you start using this platform.
General Introduction
xbja is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides full service in Bengali for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between xbja and any user of this platform ("user" or "you").

2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, xbja reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. xbja reserves the right to close an account and cancel all transactions if false information is found to have been provided.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
xbja supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may be added.
3.4 Verification and Security
xbja may take necessary verification steps to prevent money laundering and fraud. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal. xbja will not be held responsible for delays in withdrawal caused by delays in verification.
3.5 Transaction Currency
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will be used for any currency conversion.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳18,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- xbja reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in account closure.
- If the deposited amount is withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Program and Cashback
xbja's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. The cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Players can advance to higher tiers based on their playing activity. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change. Cashback is generally credited to the account on a set day each week.
Prohibited Activities and Fair Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbja platform:
- Any form of fraud, strategic bonus abuse, or account manipulation.
- Operating games using automated software, bots, or AI.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
- Attempting to influence other users or staff through social engineering or deception.
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, xbja may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit any funds held in it, without conducting an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the xbja platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, software, interfaces, text, and designs — is protected by the intellectual property rights of xbja or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of this content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
The intellectual property of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI, etc.) is owned by their respective owners. xbja only distributes their services.
Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Termination by xbja
xbja reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, any legitimately earned and withdrawable funds will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
xbja is not responsible for the following:
- Loss of betting data due to internet connectivity issues.
- Temporary service outages caused by technical errors.
- Delays or issues with third-party payment providers.
- Issues caused by the user's own device or software.
- Decisions regarding game outcomes — these are determined by the provider's random number generator.
Under no circumstances will xbja's liability exceed the user's active account balance.

Applicable Law and Miscellaneous
14.1 Applicable Law
Relevant international laws and regulations will be followed in interpreting and applying these Terms. Participation on this platform is at the player's own responsibility under the laws of Bangladesh.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between xbja and the user.
14.3 Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
14.4 Language
These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between the Bengali version and any other language version, the Bengali version will prevail.
